meatloaf

3 pounds ground beef
3 large celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package lipton onion soup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Saute celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until vegetables are soft.  In a large bowl, combine beef, dry soup package, eggs, bread crumbs and vegetable mixture in a bowl.  Mix with hands until all combined.  Place in a bread pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
