My husband went and picked out Mother’s Day cards from each of the boys.  When he got home he handed them their cards to fill out.  I was standing around the corner and overheard this conversation.

JJ:  Boys, put something really nice and heartfelt in your card.  You mother deserves it.

"Special" Qualities: Door slamming, stomping and eye rolling (can do it all in one impressive motion).
Best Qualities: The softest kindest heart, hysterical and quite charming when he tries.:  (Not even taking his eyes away from Facebook).  Okay.

NoahNoah aka: Mac Daddy
Age: 12
"Special" Qualities: Holds a grudge for longer than you can remember the offense. Talks nonstop
Best Qualities: Wakes up with a smile every day and walks to the beat of his own drum.:  Can I do this later, I have to take a giant crap.

I’ve never felt more special.
