I just wanted to take a quick blog moment to say a big fat thank you from the bottom of my butt, because it’s bigger than my heart, to all of you that come to this site and read about our lives.  I seriously have no idea why you all keep coming back, but THANK GOODNESS you do. 

I am humbled daily by the growing number of you that find anything I have to say interesting.  I launched Ooph in June and WOW is all I have to say.  You people are AWESOME.  Thanks for spreading the word. And HOLY HELL am I grateful that somebody cares what I have to say, because around this house I am just white noise. 

Since we are in the thank you mode, I strongly feel you all owe me a big thanks too.  I have been contemplating putting a FART COUNTER on this site for the last couple of months. I thought this would give you a true picture of life in my house and it would make us somehow closer.  It was going to have sound effects and everything. Anyway, common sense ultimately won out, and I have decided not to go with the fart counter, besides I simply don’t have the time to keep up with all of them.  SO, YOU’RE WELCOME.

Another thing I need to say to you. DUDE!  I see how many of you pass through this website every day.  Cat got your tongue?  I know if I asked your husband’s they would tell me you never shut up, because we are women and that’s what we do.  This site isn’t just for me to go on and on and on, though I do, it’s for you too.  I want to hear from you.  Your feedback, your comments, your insults, EVERYTHING.  Leave your mark when you come to the site.  COMMENTS more than welcome.

In all seriousness, A BIG FAT ASS THANK YOU to all of you. (Wowsers, I got through three whole paragraphs without a curse word.  Look at me growing up.)  I wish I could cook up the biggest feast and serve fabulous bottles of wine and shoot the shit (damn there’s another one) with ALL of you.  You never know, maybe someday that will happen.  Until then, with humbility I say, thank you.
