grilled lobster

grilled lobster

I make lobster once in a blue moon.  JJJ aka: Depends on my mood.
What I love:He looks good in a cowboy hat or a business suit and wears them both daily. But not together, that would be creepy.
Hobbies: Building furniture, remodeling homes, playing sports with our kids, laughing with me. Seriously.
recently got it in his head that we should grill some up and after a month of talking about it, we finally did it.

I wish it was cheap because it is so easy and insanely tasty.  Then again, maybe it's the melted butter and I could just dip chicken in it instead.

Ingredients
2 lobster tails
3 tablespoons butter unsalted, melted
1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon

Take lobsters out of fridge about 15 minutes before grilling and squeeze the lemon half equally over the top of both tails.  Just before grilling pour 1/2 of the melted butter over the two lobsters and sprinkle with salt.  Reserve the other half of the butter for dipping.

Grill lobsters over medium heat 5-7 minutes per side.  You can tell lobster is finished when the inside is white, not grayish.

Enjoy.

Grilled Filet.
